If you are looking for a no frills soultion to how to stop food cravings – I’d have to say just stop eating too much but is this really it?. I have heard this line a different times before and used to say it a lot at high school, while watching some of my friends eat, at home, at parties. Let me spend a few minutes sharing about raw food craving sweet cravings and thirsty desires.
Eating too much does not necessarily result to food cravings or gaining of weight but it is the choice of food you indulge in. If you eat certain types of foods more often may lead to increased levels of cravings and taking or eating another group of foods may help stop them. Yes, there is some good food out there that can really help you get over your deadly habit. For instance, B vitamins can help you stop them if you take them as prescribed. By taking these vitamins you can be sure of a controlled break down of food in your body i.e. b-vitamins help in the metabolism of carbohydrates into sugar glucose that is simpler. You can find these B-complex vitamins in various food such as in liver, nuts, leafy green vegetables, rice, milk, eggs, meats, fish and whole-grain cereals fruits.
It follows then that food cravings are by and large caused by chemical imbalances in our body system and feeding the right kind of food in to our system will enable the body to gain access to much needed nutrients and in the process control chemical imbalances. If you are a woman understanding this information can help you even when you are premenstrual and want some foods that fight PMS.
Now that you know about chemical imbalances I guess you can understand why some weight loss advertrisers claim that you can eat as much as you want but still lose weight. The product developers basically create some anti depressants that help produce the kind of resources, which are used to stimulate the production of certain resources so that is remains healthy and cravings free. These scientists have spent years studying the human anatomy and have come up with the best tools or resources to help your body and to keep it healthy, do away with desires to eatand lose weight without cutting back on your diet.
Antidepressants work and have helped millions of people all over the world, I am not, however, fully sold out to them mainly because they can have drastic side effects for some people who use them such a irritability, nausea, to mention just a few. Personally I am a huge fan of natural remedies and cures and you can do this by first understanding the structure of your chemicals in the body and and keep your body’s chemical balance in check through eating right.
I do hope that so far you can relate even if you are trying to find out about how to stop food cravings
There is no reason why you should pay anything or anyone for putting your eatng habits under control. For example, to handle food cravings and periods, I usually recommend the following, watch your emotional triggers that provoke your cravings, exercise often as this has a good effect on your mood, When you feel like eating try drinking a glass of water also try to find other replacements for what you eat for example, eat chocolates that have not fat.
