I do this because I need to take many pills every day

There is no shortage of types of water, but which one should I drink? My choice is to drink distilled bottled water. I’ll tell you why.

I take a lot pills each day. A lot means almost 50 pills daily. Clearly, this is a big number. I have to make sure that I swallow all of these pills without getting sick.

For example, I developed osteoporosis and have had to get down calcium tablets daily

As a result of some of the medications I have had to take, I now have other aliments. I have to take more pills that treat these side-effects. One situation is that I have gotten osteoporosis and have needed to take calcium capsules every day. This is because of the very high doses of Prednisone, because of pretty severe Crohns disease. Now, I must get down two additional calcium osteoporosis pills to counter this bone calcium problem. That is the reason why I am required to get down a great number of drugs daily. When taking my pills, I am often distracted by the chemical smell of our tap water.

I do not understand it, but my town seems to have water with a high chlorine level. I can taste it easily. I get legally required and published water analyses that say the district’s water has a lot of chemical additives. I am often very concerned.

I mean, naturally, the water has chemicals, because the water flows over rocks. Nevertheless, the additives are a problem for me. The water company services a large population, and they want to make certain that our tap water is will not make us sick. Pay attention to the water quality reports that get delivered in the water bill envelope, because you can learn a lot. While ignorance might seem to be bliss, I would rather know what is in the water.

With water that has been distilled, I can take all my drugs, vitamins and supplements

Several years ago my brother came to visit me and we had a discussion about chemicals added to the water. Since he travels a lot, and he said that he always carries purified, distilled water. I asked him why distilled? He told me that it is the water knows he won’t get sick on. Plus, anyone can get distilled water in any market.

I thought that was interesting. In the past, I had just used distilled water for baby wipes that had dried out. After learning about his use of distilled water, my Crohns has gotten somewhat worse. Because of intestinal problems, I now have to get down an increased number of pills. In addition to my Crohn’s drugs, I also must swallow vitamins and supplements, including multivitamins and extra vitamin C along with a pyruvate 1000 calcium supplement that are medically prescribed.

Crohns Disease causes me to be very affected by odors that cause me to get sick. So, things work better to drink only distilled water, because I must always take all my drugs and vitamins each day.
