I know, water, water everywhere, but which water is best for my needs? My choice is to drink only distilled bottled water. I’ll tell you why.

I take a lot pills each day. Many means over 40 capsules and pills each day. Obviously, that is a large number. I have to make sure that I swallow all of these pills without throwing them up.
